When the sun shines behind the wind park, the rotating rotor blades
cause a moving shadow across the landscape. During the planning
phase of the wind park a special computer program was used to calculate
the duration of the shadow for the surrounding area.
By means of ISO shadow lines, the graphic shows the duration of
the shadow in hours per year.
