Wind Turbines

Completion of the wind park is nearing rapidly:

On October 8th three of the nacelles arrived at Oberzeiring
On October 10th one more will arrive.
On October 11th the last three will be delivered.

Three more cranes are on their way to the construction site.

A tent is being erected where the rotor blades, which were damaged during the first helicopter flight, will be repaired as quickly as possible.

The head of the VESTAS team from Denmark, which is responsible for putting the turbines into operation, has arrived and started to work. An additional team will come by October 11th to help get the turbines running.

Another team which will help to erect the turbines will arrive on October 12th.

We can only hope that the weather will remain somewhat good and all the turbines could be in operation by October 30th.
