Since the WEB Windenergie AG owns 20% of the shares of the Tauernwind Windkraftanlagen GmbH, it is now possible to buy WEB shares and therefore to take part in the project Tauernwindpark.

By buying WEB shares you are investing:

	In a strong and successful Austrian company with partners all around Europe.
	In the booming wind power market. Experts expect a yearly growth rate of 20 to 30%.
	In a better future for our environment. A WEB share with a value of 1,000 € makes the production of 5,000 kWH electricity per year possible. This is the equivalent of the electricity for one year for a large household and saves 4.3 tons of CO² emissions or 1,700 liters of fuel per year.
	In the future of wind power utilisation. You are supporting the Tauernwindpark Oberzeiring which is a pilot project for utilising wind energy at high elevations.

The Shares

The registered shares are not quoted on the stock exchange and therefore cannot be subjected to exchange rate fluctuations at the respective trading centre due to influences from outside. They are favourable for small shareholders and allow for wide diversity.

There are no charges for selling and buying, no depot or bank fees. As long as you own less than 1% of the shares, there are no taxes on the profit made after a one year period of speculation.
